We Accept Returns Under the Following Conditions:
✅ Damaged Products: If the item arrives damaged (not due to mishandling after delivery). Please provide an unboxing video immediately upon receipt for any damage claims (i.e STORE CREDIT).
✅ Incorrect Product: If you receive a different item than what you ordered (e.g., ordered Product A but received Product B).
✅ Unused Condition: For STORE CREDIT eligibility, items must be returned in their original condition - unused, with all tags intact, and in the original packaging.
Important Notes:
📦 Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for arranging and covering the cost of return shipping.
⏳ Timely Communication: Please notify us via email, WhatsApp, or call within 2 days of receiving your order for returns or store credit requests.
💳 Store Credit: Only the product’s cost (excluding shipping fees) will be issued as store credit upon approval. Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be canceled or returned. However, in specific situations, it can be redirected to a new address for an additional fee.
Non-Returnable Items:
❌ Custom-made or personalized orders.
❌ International orders (outside our standard shipping region).
